OK, I am now convinced that motorcycles are very, very bad.

Have you tried Jagermaister for the pain?

Gaijin,

I think this whole thing is just going to have to be chalked up to experience. I have no fantasies that the company that made the plate will admit any liability. The doctors here would say, "yeah. we sent him home and told him not to do anything.... we don't know what he did."

Even if there was something that could be proven, medical malpractice recoveries are almost non-existent here.

Just sucking it up. I missed some great Fall rides, Winter is out, and I'm just working on getting strong and getting my bike in working condition sometime in March, so I can enjoy the spring.

Jesus. Fucking. Christ. That sounds awful, man. And the shit you're going through now wasn't really because of the bike crash; it was because the doctors sent you home the first time before your leg was healed enough. What is medical malpractice law like in Korea?

Dear Jeff,

What a rough time. Hang in there, say your prayers and know that people are thinking of you.

Sounds like 10 miles of rough road through rocky hill country. Stick to the way. You'll get through.

I've got a hang-nail that's been bothering me for the last two days, so I know what you're going through.

Remember you'll be in full health just as the Earth is showering forth her regenerative spirit along the Nakdong river. You'll be able to celebrate your newfound health with a walk along side burgeoning verdure. And if hippy sentiment doesn't cheer you up, remember that chicks dig scars.
