Not that the pay lakes are guaranteed - but he may have a better chance of landing a lunker, hehe. I've fished the pay lakes for trout (because that's the only way I can catch them close to home) but that's about it. Don't catch any whales, I think Greenpeace is still in town. Yeah. He said not to go to the man-made fishing holes. He said that they are expensive, boring, and burdensome.
