Butler was your garden-variety ideologue. They are a dime-a-dozen — ranging from nuisances to dangerous.
Your cyber-spit on his grave: a classic example of a white boy competing with other whites to prove he secretly does not harbor racism in his bosom.
Jeff, it’s not necessary to play that game. If you have existential guilt — don’t transform it into white-guilt, and then seek absolution from Oprah Winfrey.
Use your Mormon religion, for God’s sake — that’s what religion is for.

For reasons I don’t feel particularly interested in going into, this is personal. Nothing anti-racist or ideological. This was purely a personal issue.

Silly Sally - The White Supremacy movement has several strongholds in the USA. Or, more precisely, the movement has concentrated groups of it’s members scattered throughout the USA. One of those areas is near my hometown.
I’m personally glad this guy is no longer with the living. I have no idea what Jeff’s intersection is with this particular white supremacist guy. But I can assure you it wasn’t pleasant. It never is.

No, this special villianization of “White Supremacists” smells like the brown-shirt doctrine of “Inclusiveness” — which spits on the graves of “White” exclusiveness to prove one is “good”.
This racial self-loathing smells of Mormon mind-control. Jeff, is a Manchurian Candidate programmed to spit on a white man’s grave.
Just like you. Such animus is better spent on radical Islam. Or, is that too intolerant?

Isn’t it odd how racisim is only considered bad when it’s WHITE people doing the hating?
So, one hater died… how many others just like him are there still alive, and being created every moment by the climate of “let’s all bash white people”?
If it’s wrong to be a racist, a bigot, etc, and I personally believe it is, then we need to come down on ALL racists, bigots and other haters equally, in EVERY culture… or it boils down to just another way of displaying racism.

I’ve come across many white Americans, particularly through my years in the South, who upon bestowing me an honorary status slowly close the door and leash their inner feelings about good ol’ southern ways.
There is a good piece on opendemocracy.net about nationalism in America, igniting particularly amongst white evangelicals. I recommend…

jeff, I dont see too many black mormans. Why is that. not-so-strangly, guys like butler seem to have a commonality with a lot of conservative mormans (he heh all mormans fall under that catagory)- its the ‘one seed’ ideology, or ‘volk’ concept of nazism. interesting how the mormans are so interested in bloodlines.-anyway jeff i didnt come here to talk aout that stuff, but i thought your loyal readers might find it worth looking into.-that is if you dont erase this.
i have to agree with SS, you seem to be trying to distant your self from ‘white’ racists so you can feel good about yourself. Also bitching about butler gives you an air of fairness so guys like sugar shin dont bitch too much when you talk about korean racism.
guys like butler flourish in korea, in fact they are the elite of korean society. they are the politians and civil leaders of korea. korean superiorty is all over the newspapers. but you dont need to read a newspaper to find out what koreans thing of other races. Just ask them.
