Hello,
I found you article on the Korean headline really appropriate.; and interesting . I myself work on the "comfort women" question as it is presented into the english speaking korean daylies.
I m almost sure the process is the same with that painful issue... the journalist will rather play the part where they rant against how japan do nothing to apologize or improve the situation of the Comfort women.. strangely they ll never question the 40 years of silence since the fact happened.; they ll never question the behaviour of the population towards the almonis.; and worst of all they ll report only whne economical negotiation is on progress between korea and japan..it clearly show the instrumentation of the pain of the victims towards the greater good of the negotiation. But after all why publishing in english newspapers? I would bet my hand that the target is the foreign readership.. the koreans could care less about what is printed in the Korea times or the Korea herald. What is at stake it the foreign reader's opinion top get leverage on japan..
take care and keep up the good job..
lilian..( i spent three years in korea and i still discover it every days.. although I m now living in france...can't help but be attached to that land!!!)

So you deny being a man and a Qorean. That is pretty sad, you need some KIMBAP theopy. (KIMPBOP is just like sushi but doesnt have vinigar in the rice or fish) .KIMPAB theropy is when you eat YUMMY kimbap until you are full and happy. KIMPAB will make anybody happy if it wasnt for the Japanese who colonized Qorea against her will, Kimbap would have been the most popular food everywhere. I can count too!!! 123456789, I clearly one that fight because I counted higher.

One, this pooh is not a "he" but a "she" - so your homophobic comments earlier were lost on me. Two, what's with the Q, is that supposed to be hip? Three, it's obvious DiaKorea is not a Korean but is pretending, very poorly I might add. Four, you don't need to 'out' me, I already said I'm Korean. Koreans have told me that I'm more of a foreigner because I've lived on my own in foreign countries for 3/4 of my life. Five, saying things like 'dirty foreigner' to incite ire is so childish that it's almost cute. Six, media spin is a topic for adults and it obviously bores you so we apologize but your parents can probably help you find more fun activities. Seven is a lucky number and what I guess to be half of your age.

I for one cant get a girl at all, or for that matter a boy or a cat or plant. I dont see any need for everyone to talk about it. mumbles and shin, does it make you feel big to pick on me. also sugar shin, lumping me with evil people like silly sally is not fair. i never lump you with people like kim jong il, in fact i think of you much the opposite, more like roh moo hun. i will always take your insult and pain and return flowers.

I meant my comments to pooh because i like his nickhame. also i want to \"out\" him as a Qorean and not a dirty foreigner.

lastly, maybe if jeff spent more time on better topics like qoreas 5000 years of history instead of non issues like newspapers then i think he would have the best blog in Qorea. the only way to make it better is if more Qoreans like sugar shin helped write it (instead of picking on people)
